Stanford's #Walking Study will revolutionize your perspective on creativity... By researchers Opezzo and Schwartz

According to the study, creative thinking improves while a person is walking. The study found that walking indoors or outdoors boosted #creative inspiration.

Across the board, creativity levels were consistently and significantly higher for those walking compared to those sitting.ย  โ€œMany people anecdotally claim they do their best thinking when walking. We finally may be taking a step, or two, toward discovering why.โ€

  2. Meetings doesnโ€™t exceed 20 minutes span.

  3. Allow 10 minutes to conclude; cultivating principles of psychological-safety (encourage participants to ask questions, chip in with ideas within the same frame of the meeting subject).

  5. #ActiveListening is key, hence incorporating

I created a short #stress-reduction strategy that you can utilize at #work that includes a #MindfulWalk. If you are unable to incorporate it during your work day, donโ€™t stress it, you can always use it as a #MindfulTransition in between work and home, early in the day, or at the end of the day.
