Efficiently prepare: invite only the required participants. Prepare an agenda to be disseminated ahead of time.
Meetings doesnโt exceed 20 minutes span.
Allow 10 minutes to conclude; cultivating principles of psychological-safety (encourage participants to ask questions, chip in with ideas within the same frame of the meeting subject).
Do not to exceed 2-3 meetings a day with proper #Breaks in between. (Breaks between meetings allow the brain to reset, reducing a cumulative buildup of #stress across meetings, and recuperate).
